    Fathom captures Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls automatically, turning them into transcripts, AI summaries and action items, and lets a user search across past meetings with Ask Fathom. Team and Business tiers add shared playlists, CRM sync and coaching scorecards.

    The Free plan already covers unlimited recording and transcription with no seat; Premium adds advanced summaries and a custom bot for $20/month ($16/month annual) for one person. Team and Business need at least 2 seats, so a true solo buyer tops out at Premium. Fathom was acquired by Superhuman in September 2026.
