Frequently asked questions.
Do you have a shared 'decision log' with each active client?
No → a Notion section per client with date, decision, and approver = protection against scope creep and end-of-project misunderstandings. It is also your coverage if a dispute arises.
Do your clients still reach you via WhatsApp or SMS for mission questions?
Yes → that is not a tooling problem, it is a framing problem. Set it up at kick-off: 'all requests in Notion, real emergencies by phone'. Without an explicit framework, the shortest channel always wins.
Has Loom actually replaced real meetings in the last 30 days?
No → Loom is only justified if it replaces calls, not if you add it alongside them. The right question before scheduling a meeting: would a 5-minute Loom resolve this?
If this stack does not quite match your use case.
