Cons
- Free version limited to 1 event type
- Limited branding customization in the free version
- Some clients still prefer to receive specific time slot proposals

+5 client appointments per week. Need for automated workflows (reminders)
- You use it at least once a week
- The monthly cost (€9) is small next to the time it saves you
Challenge if
Fewer than 5 meetings/month. No need to synchronize multiple calendars
- You use it less than once a month
- Cal.com (free) already covers the essentials for occasional use
