Avantages
- Entièrement gratuit et open source (BSD).
- Prouvé en production (Instagram, Mozilla, Robinhood).
- Flexible : choisir broker et worker modes.
- Vaste écosystème (Flower, plugins, outils monitoring).
- Scheduling, retries, dead-letter queues natifs.
Limites
- Courbe d'apprentissage raide.
- Nécessite infrastructure broker (Redis, RabbitMQ).
- Ops à gérer (déploiement, monitoring, scaling workers).
- Pas d'UI native (Flower c'est tiers).
- Debugging distribué peut être complexe.
