    About

In practice. What you can do with Vulko.

Vulko generates construction quotes with AI from a voice description, a job-site photo or free text, then prices materials and labor. Invoices are Factur-X compliant, mandatory for B2B exchanges in France from September 2026. The tool covers 26 construction trades (electricians, plumbers, masons, painters, tilers, carpenters, roofers, HVAC technicians...).

The entry plan (Starter, €19 excl. VAT/month) includes 5 AI quotes and 10 manual quotes a month for one user. Accounting export in FEC format and Pennylane sync arrive at the Solo plan (€49 excl. VAT/month), subcontractor management at Duo (€79 excl. VAT/month). eIDAS level-1 e-signature, offline mode with automatic sync, GPS clock-in and payment links (SumUp, Lydia, PayPal, Stripe) round out the offering depending on plan.

Vulko is published by a very small structure (SASU with €100 capital, single founder) but ships a dated, active changelog and documents specific functional gaps against named competitors (Tolteck, Obat, EBP Bâtiment, Axonaut). No customer testimonial is published, however, to verify the claimed time savings (~5 minutes per quote, ~20x faster than by hand).

    Practical uses

    • Generate a priced quote by dictating a job-site description.
    • Issue a Factur-X compliant invoice and track payments.
    • Get a quote signed on a tablet and collect a deposit online on site.

The case for and against. What Vulko does well, and when it costs too much.

For. What works in its favour.

    • AI quote generation by voice, photo or free text, specialized for 26 construction trades.
    • Factur-X compliant invoicing ahead of the September 2026 requirement.
    • FEC accounting export and Pennylane sync from the Solo plan up.
    • Offline mode with automatic sync on job sites.
    • Dated, active changelog with documented functional gaps against named competitors.
    • You want to be ready for the September 2026 Factur-X requirement without thinking about it.
    • You invoice from a job site, with or without a connection, and want to collect a deposit online.

    Pays off from

    29 minsaved a month

Vulko costs €19/month. If your hour is worth €40, those 29 min cover it.

    Against. What to plan for.

    • No customer testimonial or case study published to verify the claimed time savings.
    • Very young, very small publisher (SASU with €100 capital, single founder).
    • Sage, EBP and Cegid integrations announced but not yet shipped.
    • Competitor comparison published by Vulko itself, to be read with caution.
    • You need a Sage, EBP or Cegid accounting integration today: they're announced but not yet shipped.
    • You invoice more than 200 quotes a month without wanting to move to the €299 excl. VAT/month Équipe plan.

    Too expensive if

    • You use it less than once a month
    • A simple free version or a tool already in your stack would do

Our verdict. What to know about Vulko.

    How the score breaks down

    Added value

Entry price of €19 excl. VAT/month, positioned by Vulko as matching Tolteck's entry price but with AI included. Quantified claims ('~5 min per complete quote', '~20x faster than by hand') are plausible for the category but not independently verified, and no customer testimonial is published to back them up (source: vulko.fr, checked 2026-09-03).

    Simplicity

14-day trial with no card, cancel in one click. Quote input is designed for the field (voice dictation or a job-site photo rather than a form), suited to tradespeople who aren't keen on typing on site (source: vulko.fr and screenshot 02-quote-new.png, checked 2026-09-03).

    Fit for purpose

Public screenshots confirm a working product (dashboard, quotes, invoices, Factur-X), and a dated changelog shows active development (Aug 10, 2026: AI writing-style memory; Jul 24, 2026: iOS/Android launch). A stronger delivery signal than plain marketing promises (source: vulko.fr/changelog, checked 2026-09-03).

    Performance

Combines AI quote generation, eIDAS level-1 e-signature with SHA-256 timestamping, offline mode (Service Worker + IndexedDB) and automatic RGE certification lookup via the ADEME API: precise, verifiable technical specs beyond vague marketing talk. Vulko's own published comparison cites specific functional gaps against named competitors (Tolteck, Obat, EBP Bâtiment), but remains a self-published, non-independent source (source: vulko.fr and vulko.fr/comparatif-logiciel-artisan-btp, checked 2026-09-03).

    Reversibility

Accounting export in FEC format (standard French norm) included from the Solo plan, confirmed Pennylane sync, on top of the standard GDPR portability right mentioned in the privacy policy. Announced Sage/EBP/Cegid integrations are not yet shipped (source: vulko.fr and vulko.fr/confidentialite, checked 2026-09-03).
