    Our take

    Understanding Process Street.

Process Street is for documenting repetitive procedures, like onboarding or compliance checks, and proving everyone followed them identically: native completion tracking and audit history, useful for certifications like ISO or SOC2. It's not a regular task-management tool, for that, Asana or ClickUp fit better.

Pricing is unusual: not per-user, but a flat fee per organization tier, starting at $100/month (Startup tier), reserved for organizations under 15 employees and under $2M annual revenue. Beyond that, tiers climb to $1,500/month. For any organization created on or after August 2025, Admin, Builder, and User roles are all billable, older organizations only paid for Admin and Builder.

The Startup tier caps at 5,000 records, 5 members, 10 guests, and 100 automations per month. Past those limits, or if the organization exceeds the eligibility criteria, cost climbs fast.

    Practical uses

    • Maintain ISO 9001 or SOC 2 certified compliance.
    • Automate internal audits and compliance tasks.
    • Centralize and deploy policies across multiple sites.
    • Respond to supplier/customer audit requests.

    Pros and cons

What Process Street does especially well — and the limits to anticipate.

    Pros

    • Compliance-specialized: covers ISO, SOC 2, SOX, FDA.
    • AI agent Cora: monitors regulations and creates alerts 24/7.
    • AI workflows: reduce manual work for repetitive tasks.
    • Centralized audit evidence (white paper included).
    • 3000+ companies use the platform.

    Cons

    • Enterprise-tier pricing (not accessible to small orgs).
    • Complex onboarding (many configurations).
    • Requires team buy-in for success.

Process Street: when it makes sense.

Process Street works for organizations with strict compliance; for small teams without audits, simple documentation suffices.

    Keep if

You manage teams and must demonstrate regular compliance.. You have audit obligations (ISO, SOC 2, FDA, etc.).

    Process Street becomes worthwhile when
    • You use it at least once a week
    • The monthly cost (€100) is small next to the time it saves you

    Challenge if

Budget is very tight (enterprise platform).. You have almost no compliance requirements.

Process Street becomes too expensive when
    • You use it less than once a month
    • A simple free version or a tool already in your stack would do

    Our verdict on Process Street.

    Why this verdict

    Decent

Process Street is fairly easy to replace with an alternative, no free tier to test before paying, clearly documented use cases.
