Pros

- Local storage = complete data ownership.
- Extensible via community plugins.
- Excellent for knowledge management.
Cons
- No native mobile app (web only).
- No real-time collaboration.
- Learning curve: block-linking not intuitive.
- Multi-device sync is a paid add-on.
Logseq: when it makes sense.
Logseq excels for knowledge workers and researchers; for simple note-taking, Apple Notes or Notion suffice.
Keep if
You manage lots of interconnected notes.. You value data ownership and privacy.
Logseq becomes worthwhile when
- You use it at least once a week
- The monthly cost (€5) is small next to the time it saves you
Challenge if
You're looking for a very simple, lightweight tool.. You need real-time collaboration.
Logseq becomes too expensive when
- You use it less than once a month
- A simple free version or a tool already in your stack would do
