Pros and cons. What LearnWorlds does well, and what to expect.
Pros
- Courses, sales and tracking together.
- Subscriptions and certificates from Pro Trainer.
Cons
- Per-enrollment fees on Starter.
- Course migration is not automatic.

LearnWorlds combines courses, assessments, selling and learner tracking. Starter targets a first paid course; Pro Trainer adds subscriptions, certificates and up to 20 SCORM uploads. Full white labeling and API access require Learning Center. The mobile app and extra credits are separate.
ToolTrim sees a fit when learning delivery matters as much as selling. Calculate Starter enrollment fees before choosing a tier. Test a complete journey from payment to certificate, not just the editor. Users and sales can be exported, but an entire course cannot be exported as one file: plan separate content recovery.
