    About

    Understanding Klark.

Klark centralizes bank accounts (Open Banking/DSP2 aggregation), e-commerce sales (Shopify, PrestaShop, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon), a CRM and e-invoicing in a single dashboard. The product is built from 8 named modules (Fakture for invoices and quotes, Kaisse for mobile checkout, Kalendar for appointment booking, Dokument for template contracts, Digital Safe for selling digital files, Kalkulator for tax calculations, Prospektor for the sales pipeline, Showkase for a mini online store).

Klark Neural connects the tool to Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Grok and Perplexity via MCP: you can create an invoice, look up a customer or track a payment in natural language from these assistants, on web, iOS or Android.

Klark is in early access at the time of writing. The €9.99 excl. VAT/month entry offer is a launch deal limited to the first 100 customers and will rise to €24.99 excl. VAT/month afterwards; the core of the product (banking aggregation, e-commerce, AI) is reserved for the €49.99/month Premium plan. There is no permanent free plan yet, only a 7-day trial with no card required.

    Practical uses

    • Centralize a bank account, Shopify sales and customers in one place.
    • Issue invoices compliantThe 2026 reform and track unpaid ones.
    • Ask Claude or ChatGPT to create an invoice or look up a customer without opening the app.

    Pros and cons

What Klark does especially well and the limits to anticipate.

    Pros

    • Single dashboard for banking, sales, customers and invoicing.
    • E-invoicing compliant with the 2026 reform included from the entry plan.
    • Natural-language control via Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Grok or Perplexity (MCP).
    • 7-day trial with no card required.
    • Eight native modules (checkout, booking, contracts, prospecting...) with no third-party tools to connect.
    • One-click export of accounting and CRM data, beyond the generic GDPR right.

    Cons

    • Early-access product: a freemium plan is announced but not yet shipped.
    • Temporary entry price (€9.99/month) that will double to €24.99/month once the first 100 slots are taken.
    • Export features (accounting, CRM) advertised but not tested in a live account by ToolTrim.
    • An aggregated savings claim (€3.5M) displayed with no method or verifiable source.

    Klark: when it makes sense.

Klark is worth it if you want to try an AI-native all-in-one tool early, accepting that it's still in early access with a temporary entry price. For a proven business account and invoicing without that risk, Shine, Qonto or Indy have more track record.

    Keep if

You're a freelancer, tradesperson or e-commerce seller who wants one dashboard for your bank, sales and customers.. You want e-invoicing compliant with the 2026 French reform without a separate tool.

    Klark becomes worthwhile when
    • You use it at least once a week
    • The monthly cost (€9.99) is small next to the time it saves you

    Challenge if

You need a stable business account and invoicing today, without price-change risk.. You want a track record or an established user base on banking and accounting.

    Klark becomes too expensive when
    • You use it less than once a month
    • A simple free version or a tool already in your stack would do

    Our verdict on Klark.

    Why this verdict

    Average

    Added value

Low entry price (€9.99 excl. VAT/month) but temporary, rising to €24.99 excl. VAT/month; the core of the product (banking, e-commerce, AI) costs €49.99/month. Customer testimonials cite gains (€6,400 in unpaid invoices recovered in 15 days, 30 min/day saved) but these are not independently verifiable (source: klark.app, customer testimonials, checked 2026-09-03).

    Simplicity

7-day trial with no card required, no technical skill needed to connect, but aggregating several bank accounts and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, Stripe) requires a multi-step initial setup before a first useful result (source: klark.app/tarifs and homepage, checked 2026-09-03).

    Fit for purpose

E-invoicing, CRM and banking aggregation appear functional from public product screenshots, but the product is in early access: the announced freemium plan is not shipped, and the pricing page's source code contains an alternative plan structure (Klark Free/Pro/Business) that isn't displayed, a sign of still-unsettled pricing (source: klark.app/tarifs, checked 2026-09-03).

    Performance

Natively combines 8 modules (invoicing, checkout, CRM, booking, contracts, digital safe, prospecting, online store) and native AI control via MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Grok, Perplexity) in a single product: no same-segment competitor (Shine, Qonto, Indy) natively covers this breadth, a real functional ceiling above the category. Caveat: the banking layer is still Open Banking (DSP2) aggregation rather than its own licensed account like Qonto, with no independent study validating reliability at scale (source: klark.app, checked 2026-09-03).

    Reversibility

Klark advertises one-click export of accounting data 'in the formats expected by your accountant', one-click GDPR rights (export, portability, deletion), and a CRM module (Prospektor) with native CSV import/export. Well beyond the generic on-request GDPR right found on first reading of the privacy policy. Caveat: these are marketing claims not tested in a live account by ToolTrim (source: klark.app/aide and klark.app, checked 2026-09-03).
