Pros

Cons
- Package heavier than React Hook Form
- Can be overkill for very simple forms
- Less intuitive syntax for some developers
Formik: when it makes sense.
Formik is excellent for complex React forms; for ultra-simple forms, React Hook Form may be lighter.
Keep if
You build complex React forms with validation.. You want to reduce form state management boilerplate.
Challenge if
You need ultra-minimal form state handling.. You already use React Hook Form or another established solution.
